Consent to
personal data processing
In
accordance with Article 13, Legislative Decree no. 196, dated 30 June 2003, pertaining
to the safeguarding of personal data, we hereby inform you that the party
responsible for the processing of personal data is GI-ZETA Impianti srl, with
offices at Via Vanzago 2, Paratico (BS), VAT 02968630174, in the person of its legal
representative pro tempore.
Pursuant to
and in accordance with the Legislative Decree 196/03, "Code regarding the
safeguarding of personal data", we hereby inform you that the data submitted
and collected through the form may be processed electronically directly or
released to a third party for the following purposes:
- sending
you information and commercial offers, also by a third part;
- sending
you newsletters, advertisements or informative material;
- sending
you (interactive) marketing information;
- achieving
sales or product/service placement;
- processing
statistic studies and researches on sales, customers and other information;
and, in case, releasing them to a third party.

for processing all collected data for the purposes hereinbefore is GI-ZETA Impianti
s.r.l., with offices at Via Vanzago 2,
Paratico (BS), to whom you may refer, via registered mail, in order to assert
the rights provided for by art. 7 of the above Code, and therefore, to have
your data modified, or to object for legitimate reasons to the handling to all
or to part of said handling.
Data handling
is performed through appropriate technical and computer procedures andmediums
to protect the safety and privacy of your data and consists in gathering, recording,
arranging, storing, consulting, processing, modifying, selecting, extracting,
comparing, using, interconnecting, blocking, communicating, releasing, deleting,
destroying said data, including a combination of two or more of the above
actions.
Giving your consent to processing and handling your
personal data is optional; should you refuse to consent to the use of you
personal data for the above purpose referred to by this circular, however, you
will not be contacted for said purposes.
