LIFA series automated line for cores production
LIFA series line is aimed at the production of cores for big-size moulded piece, such as cast iron heating radiators and boiler bodies.
The line is based on "thermoschock" technology and mixtures of foundry sand, resins and other additives. The cores are made as two symmetrical parts later to be joined. This system makes it possible to make effective air blasts to evacuate the gases.
The entire line, oleopneumatically controlled, is equipped by all the necessary intervention devices for each working step. It works automatically with synchronized movements in a logical sequence, following a computerized programm running in the control station.
