Pneumatic testing
The pneumatic testing unit is placed after the assembling of batteries, that are tested here with a specific automatic testing bench.
This unit verifies the shutting of and the presence of leaks in the batteries, by inserting high pressured air introduction (2-25 bar) into the hubs. This unit allows quick production controls and the consequent elimination of faulty batteries.
Both an automatic and a manual working are both possible.
